Why not?
If CCP wants to treat them like other ingame items then we should be able to lose them just as easily as we lose any other expensive item, like bpo's or skillbooks.
If they have to, then give them a 100% drop rate but make them able to leave station or you'll never find one outside of Jita.

but, its worth less real money then some other ingame items too, by that logic Titans shouldn't be allowed out of pos arrays, since their worth WAY more then any etc.

Contracts what? did you really read the entire 2 lines?
The only reason they'd all be in Jita is if people were only going to sell them on the Market (reach the widest group of possible buyers as you can).
Contracts are global and can be posted/viewed anywhere. So, no need to go to Jita. I sold two with no problem via contracts when I was nowhere near Jita.
Simple as that.

if you buy one that is not where you are located, you can right click on it from your assets window and apply it to your account remotely.. You don't have to fly to it to use it. So they really don't need to be mobile. |

Why in the world should they be out in the game world anyways? What possible reason would have you to load 24363 in your cargo and truck off somewhere else?

1. They don't need to be moved.
2. If they can be moved outside stations, they can be destroyed, which means the GTC buyer gives CCP money and gets nothing in return (aka a bad idea).
Or if you like to beg the question: they're special because they're special — they cannot be created by any in-game mechanic, so it's not a good idea to allow them to be destroyed by any in-game mechanic. |
