Hi all, I was about to loose my ship next to a gate in 0.0
Nothing in scanner, nothing visible all was fine when my shield began to get beated very fast !! I had the time to warp away but I was getting mad :-/
This is a very serious bug and problem since u can be scrambled very fast in a 0.0 belt without being able to see and lock (!!) the NPCs ! Just look at your ship unable to shoot or warp... I hope it happened to nobody cause I would have become crazy 
Another thing to add : once it happened some corp mate friends warped to me in case of ... When I warped away I was still able to see them on my scanner 30au far away ?!! I should have done a screen but I was so shocked  ...

Repackage your ship, then send mail to ccp and ask for the insurance money that you have to pay again. This will solve the bug, at least it solved my problem.
