Because CCP dont like pirating.... they probobly get sick of hearing complaints... so its the great plan to reduce total number of pirates. |

new nerf upcoming: any pod pilot with a sec rating below -0.9 gets a 50% reduction in overall speed, 90% reduction in tracking, 150% increase in sig radious, and last but not least: a 200% cap and energy penalty per weapons mod fitted.
