dssouleater Amarr Black Fury United For 0rder	Posted - 2008.11.16 01:18:00 - [1] hi gals and guys seem repo have taken to duplicating killmails on battleclinic but just changing the times on them , is this the only way to increase their mercenary revenue as they are paid on a by kill basis mostly ?? Further to this they where losing their little war against the allaince i am in , UFO . plus there seems to be no mention of this campaign against them on their killboards . Must really make them look bad ? Can repo kill people without copying the killmails to boost their failing ego's? doesnt seem so . discuss

TBH if they are trying to pull a fast one on their employer I'd let them, works in our favour as far as I can see.

Reason you're probably seeing 2 copies of the mail on the board was because we had multiple people troubleshooting the issue. Can't do anything about the battleclinic board b/c we have no control over their database. Once something gets entered in there it stays there permenantly. As for the time stamp, it happens a lot when you are a director looking at the corp kills/losses because the quickest way to view the mail is to just pop it into notepad and view the mail raw. Do this a few times and you'll eventually end up pasting a killmail inside the old killmail you were viewing and then you start collecting artifacts like the double time stamps.

tiita	Posted - 2008.11.16 13:44:00 - [24] apologies. that was my fault. <fix it> received the kill mail, but couldn't post it. so he mailed me the email in 3 parts. i tried but the first time didn't work so well as you can probably see. the time stamps are due the fact that it was copied from an eve mail and eve mail likes to add date and time stamps at the top. eventually i ironed out the issues and the kill mail was reposted. i asked one of the admin guys to remove it but as jez explained it wasn't done yet. any questions, feel free to ask new sig on the way
