I was read through thr patch notes and found this
An over/under market average pop-up warning has been added to market quick buy/sell. You will now be warned if you try to purchase an item far above or sell an item far below the average market price.
I nearly brought shuttles by mistake for huge amounts I had to buy quite a few and never expected people to sell them for so much. thankly their greed save me as I only had 10 million

aye escrow needs some work done on it, scams need to be ban or well just let GM mark the with a combat flag that let any body attack them for or their alts or char on their other accounts  , that would be player justice.

I dont see how people can get scammed by escrow, there's a button saying "inspect merchandise" which is very useful for finding out what you'r buying.

Two easy ways as mentioned:
#1 Market - Check the price
#2 Escrow - Check what you are buying
Not rocket science is it.

i have an alt who acts as my banker, and never have more than 10-20 million in my wallet.
this minimises the risk of a careless click to a degree
