Quick rundown of what this character can do:
PvE GOD. Comes with a pimped Golem fitted as follows:
4x Siege Missile Launcher II
2x Tractor Beam
1x Salvager
1x Caldari Navy X-Large Shield Booster
1x Caldari Navy Shield Boost Amp
1x Heavy Electrochem Cap Injector
1x Best Named Target Painter
3x T2 Shield Hardeners
3x Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System
1x Reactor Control Unit II
1x Hydraulic Bay Thrusters I
1x Rocket Fuel Cache Partition I

38km Range with standard torps, 57 with javelin, higher with implants
-Access to all Caldari Navy agents
-Access to all Lai Dai R&D Agents (Max of 5)
-Starbase Def Management 4
-Excellent Hulk Pilot Exhumers Lvl 4 check Indy skills
-Freighter Pilot (Lvl 1 only atm)
-Flies everything caldari except Basilisk/Widow/CS and caps
-Could easily move into a Phoenix
-Flies Minmatar recons semi-effectivly
-Good Exploration skills
-Decent Invention skills
-Can form a corp and anchor towers in Caldari .6 space and below
-Can run 10 research jobs at once
Along with the fitted golem also comes with a fitted scorp, fitted cerb,
2 fitted crows, 2 fitted buzzards, fitted rapier+huginn and a fitted crane
plus various other fitted/non fitted ships and mods scattered around eve
and a positave wallet and security status.
Starting Bid: 7Bil
Increments of 100mil
Buyout: 9bil
Auction ends Sunday, November 23rd at the start of downtime
Isk goes to GruntMarine
Character is located in a .5 in The Citadel and will be in NPC corp upon completion of auction |

New rule from CCP: Character being sold must receive the isk.
Also, are all the ships/items in high-sec?
If so, B/O offer of 8 Bil.
