i heard level fives got a boost a couple months ago, can anyone provide proof of this?

From what i have understood it has, but i do not know what "boost" you are referring to. I think that they were made to be more profitable than what they were as CCP decided there was more risk and not enough profit.
I am probably wrong tho  .

all level fives are combat missions only right, even if i go to like a marketing agent?

Not speaking from experience here, but i would assume so. I have only done a few level fives and those were done with Corp, not alone.
Generally a rule of thumb against anything more difficult then a single pocket 4 is - Get help :). Missions more difficult than that CAN be done, but they take far too long and are not a good time / isk ratio unless you have skillpoints to back up the difficulty level.
Check out the website that i sent you in the prior post and see what your up against :), they are no joke :/. |

I can, it very profitable, as much profitable that you can put 0.0 synthesises (did i spell it right?) to real shame.
Of course thats mean your need to know and work well with LP market, as 95% of your income from l5s is ffrom LPs.

All are combat, and all agents in combat divisions (ther is almost thrice more agent rather tehn before EA add-on), Khanids and Ammatars now also have l5 agents.
