hello im Bryant and im one angry guy. ya see it all started when i went to wallmart and baught a new mmorpg called EVE. i played that sucker for over 6 consecutive days, it was fun! then all of a sudden i am forced to get rid of the game. the Scam is that Eve never got rid of the bill. now im forced to pay over and over for something i should have been rid of for a long time now. so i hope, in this forum, that i can open these friends eyes and get them to delete the year old account i STILL pay for. thank you and goodbye - D

When you say you were forced to get rid of the game I'm assuming that it wasn't CCP that forced you. So if you didn't cancel your subscription of course they are going to keep charging you. Look to the left and click on account management from there you can officially cancel your contract with CCP.

You're still ranting about this???
I remember the flame-fest you posted when you tried to cancel and were still getting charged.
If you can't figure out how to cancel an online account in this amount of time you should not be let out without a keeper and should definately not have internet access.
Do you wear a helmet at all times? That might explain your problems. Glad you aren't trying to play EVE, I think it might be to steep of a learning curve for you. I collect ships. Can I have yours? |

ROFLMFAO....ooo thats good, I agree you see this in alot of mmo forums for different games, if you cant figure out how to cancel an online account...find the number(Usually listed under contact information) and call them... OR....call your credit card company...stop whining and do something about it.

Hello Bryant! I hade the same problem.Me and my 2brothers and our best friend bought the game. Me and my twin brother stopted playing the game after like 15 days trail. We did like it says on cancel subscription. And when i contacted my bank in Norway they told me that ccp has taking money from my account for 13 months. But the worst thing is that i contacted the support and they gave me the answer:
I am truly sorry to hear about your problem and I assure you that I will do everything in my power to resolve this as soon as possible. Before I forward your case to the billing department, I will need some additional information. I need to know the last six digits in your card's number, the expiration date on the card and the type of the card(Visa, Eurocard, American Express?). We should be able to resolve your problem when we have this information and I hope to receive it soon. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us again. We'll do all we can to help.
Best regards,
The EVE Online Customer Support Team
and i haven`t heard from them more.

I suggest you do as they say and give them the information they need. If you didn't understand the email sent to you by CCP, get a English/Norwegian dictionary and spend some time figuring it out, or ask your brothers or friend to help you out with it.
Best of luck!
