Is there a Gallente battleship which can perform a similar role to the Scorpion class of battleship?
I'm interested in the role of jamming but my alts skills are all Gallente battleships & HACS.

No ECM for gallante. You need to go caldari for the Scrop and similar.

Only Caldari ships get bonuses to ECM. The racial form of EWAR for Gallente is Remote Sensor Dampeners, which only the Maulus frigate and its t2 counterpart, and the Celestis cruiser and its t2 counterparts get bonuses to. Caldari is the only race with a battleship sized vessel that was designed to function as an EWAR platform. All other EWAR ships in the game are cruisr sized or smaller.

Now what good are neuts 'gon do ya if you've got no target to neut 
and if another race gets good ECM capability like Caldari ships have.... I demand equal dronebays for all as well, why should Gallente get to be the only real droneboats?

Highs - Nos and Neuts
Mids- MWD/Warp Disruptor, Sensor Damp, Stasis Web, Tracking Disruptor, Target Painter
Lows- Plates, DCU II, hardeners (nano-membranes), ECCM backup array, Signal Amps, blah blah blah.
There ya go. Gallente have a Battleship that can use every form of Electronic Warfare AT THE SAME TIME!

Then how about amarr battleships. Maybe a bonus to tracking disruptors or someth... no wait, please don't.
