I noticed that I have too many attribute points.
Intelligence for example: The In-Game character information sheet for attributes tells me, that my character has 23 Intelligence. But I only assigned 13 Intelligence at creation, trained Analytical Mind to Level 5 and have a Basic Cybernetic Subprocessor (+3) plugged in. So, unless I made a mistake adding these values, my character should have 21 Intelligence.
Now I noticed that all attributes that don't benefit from some implant have exactly 1 attribute point more than expected, and those with implants are 2 points above the expected.
Note, that I have all Lerning Skills for the attributes at Level 5. I guess that gives 1 (virtual) attribute point, and for me, plugging an implant adds another (virtual) attribute point. I say virtual, because according to the formula in this thread my character doesn't benefit from the virtual attribute points.
Is this a known bug or is it a 'feature'? All answers that help me understand this inconsistency are very much appreciated.

Do you have the learning skill? Instead of the bonus it says the bonus it gives is 2% attribute point increase across the board which is truncuated in the attribute display. ~{When evil and strange get together anything is possible}~ A tool is only useless when you don't know how to use it. - ActiveX The grass is always greener on the other side. - JoCool |

Yeah Learning 5. And say Analytical Mind from level 4 to 5 would give you +2 and not +1.
I hear its from the way the attributes are rounded but I have no idea. Maybe implants do the same thing on a maxed character and give an additional +1.

(21)*1.1 = 23.1
So you have 23.1 Intellegence, thanks to learning 5.

The display on your character sheet shows the truncated (all fractions dropped) total of your stats.
This number is: (your base from creation + number of ranks in the stat skill + any implant) * (1+ ( .02 * number of ranks in learning) )
The formula for training time uses the real number including fractions, so the fractions aren't lost they just aren't displayed on your character sheet.
