I haven't played eve in over a year but have kept up on skill training,
95 skills and 60,136,641SP Minmatar PvP (with a little bit of Gallente
Frigate Specialist with some cruiser and can pilot Tempest and Typhoon
all learning skills are lvl 5 and has a full set of +4implants
of those 95 skills only 8 are not level 5
***HAS NO INDUSTRY SKILLS WHAT SO EVER***
now comes the hard part, comes with...

He also has hundreds of mods, litterally everything from BPs to Implants including alot of named gear including 58 more skill books in his hanger for when you run out of things to train in his skill sheet
has 2,692,640,707 isk in his wallet and clone is good for another 11,000,000 skillpoints
has a Security Status of -1.94
Any assistance on what this toon is worth would be greatly appreciated

well if ua re goign to sell that character because u got another one and u want the iskie for that one, i would recomend empty that one, moving all the assets there and the money.
the char itself (which the skills u ahve and how u trained woulb for like 5-8b whithout things on it.
if u can add the xml data to the character skill page (cant remember the link sry) ppl will see ur skills like u got it now and that way ppl will see the value.

i would be more than happy to show you my skillsheet if someone could direct me to a place that would allow me to do so i will set that up for you ASAP
and its not that ive got another character im trying to get out of the game completely, this game no longer keeps my attention so rather than paying the monthly for it i would just as soon cancel but i dont wanna see all the time and effort i put into the character goto waste so if someone whos still interested in the game can find a use for him then i wanna give them that opportunity

like i sadi i like the look of the char i sent you an ingame mail with a link to the skills website to host it on also ineve.net is the best one i want the char so before you sell it plz let me better there offer and i would take it with all assets. ty

Use INEVE.net or Newforms.nl with your API Key to make a skill link.
With 60M SP, spec'd for PVP, and the implants, typically these characters are going for 13-17M, depending on your skill set. It's 245M ISK per 1M SP + Books, typcally speaking. You can get books value if you register on ineve.
The assets are what they are - with that many assets, you probably have 1.5B+ in ships - depending on if they are fitted or what not.
Without seeing your skillsheet, and the quality of the BPs (BPOs or just BPCs?), and the value of the books - it's hard to tell.
I can tell you however, that anything lower than 14-15B Buyout is probably ripping you off.

well if you do the math of 250m*60m sp... its around 15bn for the toon itself. with everything else in it, macha, fleet tempest, faction, mods and what not, plus the wallet... hes looking around 20bn+ so again...
Dont get ripped off.
