Never been podded since I started in september, lived in 0.0 for the last 5 months or so, lost a few ships in pvp. IMO it's really easy not to get podded if you have half a braincell and not too much lag

There has only ever been once when i was podded, and that was because i decided to pod myself by self destruct... does that count?
I roleplay... there is this computer game called "Earth - The First Genesis" where i play a character in the early 21st century. |

Only podded once and that was about a week after Castor came out.

once since day one, ganked in dss by 20 curse bs, dunno when, i think it was before castor, no implants...

Podkilled about 4 months ago. First time since I started retail in may of 03.

Never been podkilled but it was close on this one occasion though. Bailed from a battle in Molden Heath that went ugly, lost my BB and escaped with 66% structure on my pod. I couldn't help but letting the attackers now this. We all had a good laugh about that.

I have played since May last year and have never been podded.
Lost a probe and rifter to NPCs early on. Since then only lost a shuttle and that was to PC rats.
I suspect I play the game too safely:)

Started in February and still haven't been podded. Engage in PvP most nights when I'm playing and lost quite a few ships, but as long as the game isn't too laggy then it's easy enough to escape in your pod.
Still have implants from the days they cost a massive 4million each as well!

In over eight months of near constant PvP I've been podded by enemy fire one time when Teddybears finished off my Scorp with about a dozen torps. After my subwoofer stopped shaking the room, I woke up in Orville. I never saw my pod and I'd be willing to bet my corpse and cargo container got vaporized as well.

In over eight months of near constant PvP I've been podded by enemy fire one time when Teddybears finished off my Scorp with about a dozen torps. After my subwoofer stopped shaking the room, I woke up in Orville. I never saw my pod and I'd be willing to bet my corpse and cargo container got vaporized as well.

During my year of playing EVE I have only been podded once, and that was when I just got my first Bestower, aaaages ago - and that was only because the autopilot warped me back to zap and ywev. The suprised look on my face didn't save me. Since then I've been blown up sooo many times in all kinds of ships by various pirate groups in combat that I've lost count - but never again been podded. It's extremely difficult to pod someone without getting lucky with torps or smartbombs, and that's why I gladly and recklessly fight without regard to my rusty old implants.

I am almost "perma-pod" spent so much time in them I cannot straighten my legs properly. The only time I seem to get to stretch those legs is climbing out the clone centre. Keeping score is pointless, I'd rather collect stamps.
Of course you are never going to see me in an Apoc sucking down a Veld roid and being really pleased with the fact a 2k rats has yet to take me down. |
