logins are handles by one of the proxies. Sometimes you get assigned to a busy proxy so get short login queue. Not a big issue the queue will drop quickly |

Maybe it's a sign that you're not wanted?? 
Just close the client and re-launch it, it logs in immediatetly 99.9% of the time. It must be something to do with the {node? router? thingamyjig?} you connected through to log on being overloaded, re-launching gets you onto a different one.
I presume that when you launch the client, the initial router sends you to a point that's currently available. I guess occasionally, that gets overloaded when too many people launch their client at once and sends everyone on to the same point which overloads that as well. The only way is to wait or back out and try again.
