Looking to buy a Moros pilot, I have around 8 bill to spend.
Skills wise I am looking for the following:
- Decent Engineering skills (cap management etc)
- Decent Electronics skills
- Good gunnery skills, (tactical weapon reconfiguration etc)
- Jump skills are a must (higher jump cal the better)
- Drone skills to support (not that big an issue)

this guy is not perfect far from it but since neither is your budget i thought i would offer him to you hes training large hybrid to v now and shall be done in 19 days then he can fully use the moros

I Have this char. He can has Capital turrets lv 4 and tactical weapon reconfiguration lv 4 can use Mini/Gallente t2 drones.
char has Dread Skill book in hangar just need to train it. can use carrier and fighters etc etc

Well although I hate it my EVE time is limited so I might consider selling my dread alt.

almost 2 months of game time left and he has a clone with +5 implants to speed up things :-).
No sec status worth mentioning.
