All the fun begins at around 4:00 eve time, running low on isk, I was looking for a way to gain some quick profit. After reading all the scam stories about Kow Killa and his corp 3 6 Mafia, I figured if he's stupid enough to get scammed 3 times in a month's period he might just fall for it again. If you have no idea what I'm talking about please read these threads first.
[The Start of it all]
[Scammed out of 2.5 billion of ships]
[Scammed out of his own alliance]
[Kow Killa's MySpace, digg the beats yo]
I join 3 6 Mafia's public channel and I get a convo almost immediately from Kow attempting to recruit me. Within 5 minutes I was headed to his corps headquarters to apply; after which I am immediately excepted into the corp. 10 or so minutes after I'm in corp, Kow starts talking who we will refer to as the Random Iron Guy in public channel. It appears that this Iron Guy is a friend of Kow, and is jumping all there pos equipment in his carrier from their old space. I get asked if I can light a cyno in Auren or Yoshi something, my real corp being based out of Huola I run to jump planner to see if I can swap one of these points to our home system to possibly kill the carrier. Sure enough Yoshi is 19 jumps away, but almost same Ly, I head to Huola to get a cyno ship setup and start informing corp mates. Within 10 minutes a joint force of Surge. , Death's Legion, and The Final Stand have formed up at a safe spot next to the cyno ship awaiting the carrier's jump in.
An hour or so later, after a lot of problem's jumping on the Iron Guy's end I get the signal to light the cyno, which goes up promptly and the anticipation builds. Our fleet was worried about the carrier logging of and losing the kill, in which case we had a dread and 15 or so Battle Ships in full gank. Knowing that broadcast cyno would alert the carrier pilot of the location, I made up some story about how my fleet window was bugged and would not allow me to broadcast. He jumped in and to his surprise there was 20 Pirates sitting at 0.0 right on top of his carrier. It was really disappointing to see the carrier die in 1 minute and 30 seconds, but we over anticipated the dps we'd need to drop him before a loggoffski. Although the carrier wasn't uber over faction fit, but it did net around 250-300 mil worth of loot plus one more scam against Kow Killa in the books not to mention the carrier kill. Thanks goes out to all the Surge., DL, and TFS pilots that waited an hour to kill the damn carrier that died in a minute, and then donating loot to me. Also have to give thanks to Kow for being the imbecile he is, who will scam him next?

Some of my faviourite stories are about people randomly committing suicide for no good reason. The phrase "cheer up" comes to mind.
Also, assuming such a spurious thing even managed to make it to court, no jury is ever going to convict a man on the basis of what a game character did to another game character in game. They'd laugh the prosecution out of a job.

most of the time that kind of stuff involves children and teenagers, not grown men (im assuming Kow Killa is an adult) i mean cmon, net harrasment, bullying? on a fully grown man? cmon, lol if a 20-30 something year old guy cant handle a little rough play in a video game then i feel sorry for our species
