Not to me, but I've heard of it from others. Bug report it if you like, but it's probably being worked on.

I noticed it a little but to be honest not played (or flew about that much) to notice it more often but was certainly annoying when it does.

well to be fair I'm sure it happend to me before I grouped weapons and since I been flying with grouped weapons it has not happend so who knows...

Wasn't that just a case of extrapolating all the elements of the environment each ship could interact with based on its current state and only feeding back information relevant to those elements? -
