Two year time frame, you convo chribba and give him money, I convo chribba and give him money, he can check the terms we agree here to confirm the rules.
You'll pull a large scam (10b+) within two years, if not, he gives the isk to you, if you do, he gives it to me.

All of EBANK investments are required to meet a 5% per month return at minimum. 2 years takes us slightly over that point. 20 months means we meet our 5% investment return.
Are you willing to accept 20 months?
Simply put, I am treating this as a standard investment and as long as the 5% ROI is met have no problem meeting this deal. |

edit: The definition of scam is a situation where one or more of EBANK customers lose money as a result of an EBANK theft. If one of our tellers scams 10 billion isk that's considered an operational loss and EBANK pays for it, the customer's don't lose out. I want that point clarified. A scam is an event where one or more customers lose funds (to the tune of 10b) as a result of an EBANK scam.
No I will not appease *your* time frame, because no doubt the day after you get my 50b you'll pull the big ebank robbery.
Frankly I find it a little suspicious you need to shave 4 months off it, so suspicious infact i'd like to up the time frame to 28 months, lets see YOU put your isk where your mouth is.
Or does that crash with your grand scheme?

So much for that reputation, the point of something like this is rather lost when the suspected scammer is left to set the terms.

If it was a 10 million isk bet it would still have the limit. Sorry but the second biggest risk to scam is always default/bankruptcy. I am obligated to ensure operational continuity over meeting a bet that you were never going to pony up the cash for anyway. |

Wait, you were going to use customer money on your bet?
And I can assure you, I am good for the isk, anyone with some eve-search skill and patience can figure that out.
But again, this bet is about *you* being a scammer, that means you dont get to set all the terms, that would be just plain stupid, and if a few measly monthts is too long...well, at least everyone know *when* they should jump ship 
I'll make a note of checking if the 20 month time frame on eve's next big bank scam checks out, I imagine it will, you seem like a guy who likes to plan.

You should try that. 
Also, what kind of argument is "You are just going to pull scam after the 20 months". Couldn't he just pull the scam after 24 months?
Seems like a really poor argument. But whatever.
I would love to see you put your ISK where your mouth is. Frankly, EBANK has certain standards. We don't just do it because of the E-peen.
