Gila Set-UP
Here's what I'm using, mostly for solo ratting. I'd appreciate input to improve this set-up for either PVP or PVE for running agent missions.
Hi Slots - 4 Heavy Launchers (Named or Tech 2) and one Tractor Beam
Mids - 2 Large Shield Extender II's, Shield Recharger II, Invulnerability Field I (training for Tech II), 10MN MWD (to escape from other players if needed)
Lows - 2 BCS II's, Co-Processor II, 1 Signal Amp II
Rigs - Anti Kinetic, EM & Therm Reinforcers
Here's what get with my current set-up:
Shield 9,703 HP, 850 Sec Recharge, EM 38%, Exp 55%, Kin 62%, Therm 50%
Targeting Range 82,225M

I have been flying a Hawk for awhile now. I have over 7 million SP and most of it went into Engineering and Missiles.

I have tanked up to 18 75k ISK cruisers and can survive and kill up to a pair of 800k ISK BCs. The Pithi Booster is free if you find the right complex. I routinely run level 3 +15 missions with this. But I had a couple of High-end twos surprise me with amount of DMG they dished out. I did complete a 750 Loyalty Point level 3 mission with this ... although it took awhile as it only hands out 72 DPS.
