You are going to need to wardec goons to fit your criteria. Thats the only way to get them in highsec.
If you can get a couple partners, have many many hours to do intel, and can fly cloakies, they use jump frieghters thru lowsec from null. There is a way to catch jump frieghters using bombers that are aligned and carefully watching as they warp/cloak. If you don't want to wardec that is an option. |

I think you do. man, this is like bottle feeding an infant but here is my story - I decided i didn't like goons, i learned cloaking and went to null to see how to screw with them. They have a few talented pvpers always nearby the usual routes so you going alone will not accomplish much.
I got a friend in a cloaky to come with me, goons sent a "battlebadger" as bait - cause they saw us, knew what we were flying and figured we'd bite. We had seen the badgers buddies, so we didn't. My point here is you can try to screw with goons, you can tie up alot more of them in a fruitless chase for you and call that a victory.
You can spend a few days and find a class 1 wormhole that has a stationary exit to null, move in with some buddies and when it exits into goon space screw with them - a simple rookie ship cloaked in a deep nullsec safe "owned" system will send a ratting nidhogger for cover costing them billions a day.
What i'm trying to say is hold onto your hatred, nuture it..and learn Eve. The ways to screw someone are only bounded by your imagination. |

You link a killbord with an occasional 4 or 6 parties involved but is usually around 42 guys shooting some poor bastard - how about we focus on the OP's question or tell him to join a blob. |

Lol or, more likely, most of the ratters swap systems or going back to playing on their mains. And you spent days trying to get into some deep goon null sec pocket for no real reason.
You kind of busted me...this does not work nearly as well with the goons as it did on the northeastern section of the eve map. The goons tend to react with active players but it does pain them. |
