not sure if this is the right subforum but anyway:
i was mining in peace (internet is to unstable atm to do more), a frig warped into my belt stole some of my loot (obvious bait: crusader + 2 drakes on scan) my plan: switch to a cheap antifrig cruiser, kill the crusader and then die....
i start shooting they warp in aaand:killmails

What are you talking about only the frigate had aggro on you cause he flipped u and u shot him his corp dontt gain aggro. |

1. Crusader took your loot. You and your corp are now allowed to kill Crusader.
2. If you shoot anyone else CONCORD will kill you.
3. If someone else shoots you CONCORD will kill them.
In a nutshell.

Because so many geniuses know that if you shoot a thief, everyone in his corp can shoot back. 
Edit:
@ OP, not picking on you for not knowing. Just go to any mission hub and say in local "there's a thief in my mission, can I shoot him?". Someone will almost certainly tell you "Don't shoot him, his whole corp will come in and gank you." And you can't argue with them because someone who knows everything told them so.

Actualy I've noticed that the carebears tend to have a better grip on agro mechanics than most "griefers" |

If you would bother reading your own killmails:
The Probe stole from you and was killed by you. The Crusader and Drake commited a crime by attacking you and thus were concorded. |
