[Auction] Technium & Platinum Moon In Low Sec Space.
History: I have owned these two moons for five or so months. It was a business investment but I now need to spend less time playing Eve and must sell. I mention this as I am not selling these moons because they have come under attack or are about to. (It was attacked once when I first got the moon and I had a medium tower but now with a large Minmitar tower the system has been quiet for months) I have setup the tower based around my POS forum post found HERE
Location: These two moons are located one system away from each other in Low Sec either two or three jumps from high sec. It appears to be a low traveled area as when I have been on after DT many times IÆve seen only one or two people in local. (or none) I regularly travel with my badger II from the Technium moon to Platinum moon to get the minerals and to restock fuel.
Profit: I am currently running a medium reactor on the Large tower making 144,000 units of Platinum Technite each month. It sells in Jita now for around $4,604. The price is on the rise and Technium was the one moon mineral not nerfed by the new expansion so it should continue to go up in price. Current yearly isk from sales would be over 8 billion isk.
What is included:
One Large Minmitar Tower (Technium) and One Small Shadow Tower (Platinum)
(I will soon have screen shot of Tower with all batteries. Yes I should have it here now but I wanted to get this sale started today)
I also have one badger with cyno generator and one Badger II to move minerals and fuel and an Osprey for shield repping if needed. It has a corp and ship hanger as well. I have fuel for over one month and some fuel types for two months.
Starting Bid: 100m isk
End Date: Friday November 28th at 24:00 eve time (Saturday 00:00 eve time)
Buy Out: 5 Billion Isk
Reserve: I reserve the right to not sell unless the buy out is taken. But if a reasonable offer is given by end of auction I will most likely take it.
3rd Party Service: If you require Chirraba to be a third party for this sale then you will pay the fees. However I would hope by now I can be trusted to hand off this sale based on all my past services. (See below) Save some isk and letÆs get this done.

I might be interested (by offering abuyout) depending on the region it's located and if there is another way of transfering the moons without having to become a ceo.

As someone who has dealt with Fitz extensively I can say that your funds will be safe doing the transfer with Fitz. Save your money on a 3rd party. I am willing to state clearly here that in the event of scam etc by Fitz I will refund your money in full.
So I (and EBANK) are vouching for Fitz in regards to this transfer

I only now saw this so will contact you tonight after I get home.
The transfer of the moons without becoming CEO is possible... but it intails a lot of work.
You would have to have all batteries and tower removed first.
(as the Tower was anchored for the current corp)
Then you would have to re-anchor the tower and put all batteries back.
Doable but not very practical.
I can sell it to you as is... and let you work on things after that.
