It is with heavy heart that The Black Isle Alliance is forced to declare war on Cosmic Anomaly
with immediate effect. Cosmic Anomaly's consistent lack of cooperation, inability to negotiate
towards reasonable terms and openly hostile stance on various matters in recent days leaves us
no choice but to defend our alliance, its territories and everything it stands for, and this we
will do whatever the cost.
At this hour, our forces are in the early stages of gathering their resources in preparation for
the disarming of these elements, and on our orders, The Black Isle fighters will begin a series
of coordinated strikes against Cosmic Anomaly strongholds. The full resources of our alliance
will used to provide tactical support, intelligence and equipment, working together towards what
has become a common and necessary goal for the continuance of peaceful operations in our region
of space. The Black Isle has no ambition against Cosmic Anomaly except for the removal of this
threat, and we enter this conflict reluctantly; however our purpose is sure and our aim clear.
These strikes against our enemies will occur with immedate effect. Our tactical and
operational expertise is superior to our enemies, and we carry out our mission with one goal: to
permanently remove this threat to the immediate and long-term safety and prosperity of The Black
Isle and her allies in this region of space.
This endeavour may not be without cost, but rest assured that it is a cost we are willing to
incur. Our campaign against Cosmic Anomaly will not be one of half-measures, and we will accept
no outcome but victory.

Way to go Cosmic Anomalies! You've alienated and/or ****ed off yet another "ally" and/or "friend" and this time, instead of a simple standings reset, they've decided to wardec you.
Clearly, whatever it is that you guys are doing, you're FAIL! Unless it is your goal to alienated and/or ****ed off every "ally" and/or "friend" that you've got, in which case, GO GO Cosmic AnomaLIES!

The standings reset came as a direct result of TBI high level leadership:
- acting like they own the region
- claiming (at fanfest even) that outer ring corps are "a joke", which is ironic considering they are here as well
- deliberately interfering with newly forming relations in the region
- not properly conforming to the terms of the NAP
The decision came about not only from CAN - it was agreed upon by the several other entities in the region, all of whom disagreed with the underhanded back-door antics of the TBI upper leadership, and many of which live much closer to TBI than we do.
This is all I have to say on the matter. Don't bother replying to me, as I won't be checking this thread.

Wow.. history does repeat itself. Good luck to those fighting CAN! CAN never beat us.. we had one of our best efficiencies against CAN, next to Black Alliance(which was about the best efficiency I have ever had against anyone in all these years..lol). As far as disbanding.. blame me I wanted to get back to carefree pew.
Have fun!! I do wonder how CAN is going to do though without Rez(which I thought was their meat and potatoes).
