On that note, throw out that Med RR in the highs and fit a nos if possible, and maybe swap a nos for one of the neuts if your having trouble keeping the mods running for as long as you need.

I would throw the LAR out, and switch it for a BCU or a plate if you want more tank. Should free up quite a bit of grid.
And for such setups i personally rather have ECCM than web, but that depends on other people in your gang.
