This character has specializations in most of the combat skills. 49 Skills currently sit at Level 5.
He has the ability to fly most ships below the Battleship scale and wouldn't take very long at all to get into some of the bigger ships likes Dreds, Carrier's, etc. The negative sec status comes from hours of torturing people as a one time member of Veto. It shouldn't take someone with some decent hunting grounds too long to get rid of it if they so wished. The character will also come with a positive wallet balance of 50M ISK. There's also a bounty on the character of 100M+ ISK but that can be used to your advantage if you have an alt or a buddy. There's no implants and the clone keeps 42M SP's so just commit ritual suicide by friend and collect the money. No ships to speak of but there is a lot of odds and ends spread around the universe that are worth some value. Mostly getting rid of the character because I don't have a lot of time to play him and it seems a waste to let this guy just go into obscurity.
The char can do just about any aspect of PVP or makes an excellent PVE/Ratter for money.
This is a purely combat oriented character, with very little SP spent elsewhere.

I'll bump this for you, just because it's well priced. Nice to see someone actually do their research and take into account how sec status effects the price.
Considering making a bid on it myself, but don't have any clients looking for a pirate right now, although there are lots out there.
