Make Friendlist requests consensual?

The logical progression from here would be to make the buddylist consensual? I know that bigger alliance and corps keep a track of red Mom- and Titan-pilots through the buddylist, because once they're logged in it means their ship is in space. Yes it's the EVE version of NGE, the sky is falling, EVE is dying etc.. For all you others, COSMOS is a community tool like facebook, but tied to your EVE character. It will allow alot of game features to be available out of game (market orders, checking skills, assets, etc.), aswell as blogs, corp/alliance calendar etc. I do Sigs, Banners and other Graphics for ISK.
