As a workaround, keep your character-profile open in one tab, notifications works on that page.

Works fine for me. I've noticed that, if you leave a page open for too long, the "Like" feature will stop working until you reload. |

Pretty much that. I just lump it into the general (terrible) performance of the forums though.
Google Chrome could not load the webpage because forums.eveonline.com took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection. |
