Insidious Design is a team of mature and competent pilots primarily focused on PvP. We are selectivly recruiting new talent that can compliment our structured fleets. Through years of WH PvP experience, our leadership and senior members have laid a solid foundation of how we do business here. Our operations are highly organized and systematic.

Who We Are
- An expanding group of mature, polite, and competent pilots enjoying and exploring what we believe to be the most exciting aspect of EvE: wormhole space.
- Engage in extremely lucrative ventures, such as clearing C5 sleeper sites and high end gas mining.
- Engage in PvP whenever opportunities arise.
What We're Looking For
1. Pilots with wormhole and/or PvP experience. Our pilots come from a variety of backgrounds, including nulsec, lowsec, and lower class wormholes. Though we are not currently recruitng pilots relatively new to EvE, we may make an exception for folks that have done a lot of research about wormholes, can learn rapidly, and are highly motivated.
2. Pilots that enjoy playing EvE with others. Be it PvP or PvE, we do everything as a corp and are always on comms with each other.
What We're Not Looking For
1. Pilots that do not meet the critical skill requirements.
2. Loners that prefer to play EvE as an individual.
3. Carebears that treat WH-S as nothing but an ISK ATM
Critical Requirements
1. Can fly a Cov Ops and have exploration skills to level 3+.
2. Know how to scan efficiently and scout.
3. Can fly a Tengu or BC/BS with a T2 shield tank (PvE).
4. Can Fit a T2 armor tank (PvP).
5. A basic understanding and some exposure to PvP.

PVE:
Though were are not a carebear corp, we make large sums of ISK in very short periods of time in order to afford nice ships to PvP in.
Primarily Shield based Fleet: Tengu pilots (RR)
Drakes and shield BS's can be accommodated.
Gas Harvesting: (C320, C540) - extremely lucrative.
What We Need From You
1. You must be highly motivated and proactive. Every kill in WH-S requires judicious scouting and intel gathering.
2. Comprehensive understanding of fleet mechanics and operation.
3. Friendly attitude, patience, willingness to learn, and ready to embark upon a great challenge.
4. A good foundation of knowledge regarding most aspects of EVE.
5. Eagerness to part take in PvP when opportunities present themselves.
What We Offer
