Doesn't this count as greifing?

I am an alt of the white you know however since i cannot log in you can notice my title within the corp due to someone trying to accuse me of a corp theft (covering for himself). Well a friend of me got scammed 24bil for a nyx by a guy named kribba or something similar to chribba. He never got his isk back, the GM's said he should have used a secure way of trading the ship, like contracts. (Do they even play the game?) And technically speaking, Whitekight is not the same name as White kight.
