A little more info:
These are the Improved Cloaks II's that were the result of the Jovian event.
They each come with the Cloaking skill, 1 per module and I'm hoping to get 70 mil item.
However, if you or your corp is interested in buying all 4, I will cut you a deal. Regular price would be 280mil. I will lower the price to 250 mil, saving you 30 mil.
