LS Sledgehammer Diablo Advocatus Chain of Chaos	Posted - 2008.11.25 01:39:00 - [1] Sitting quietly camping a gate with my main and 2 alts when I see a "BS" warp to hisec gate. He sat there for a good 5 min. I nearly fell out my chair when I ran a scan and rorq was only ship in space. Making sure i wasn't playing eve in my sleep again I double checked and warped phobos in to poinnt him. I start pounding away with hype hoping rest of fleet can arrive b4 I run outa cap charges. You could tell he was scratching his head trying to figure out why he couldn't jump out. As soon as his shields take a hit he starts throwin isk at me, 200 mil to let him go. I chance my arm and get my alts to ask for the same amount. Sure enough thier wallets start to blink. Luckily the dude has no tank and drops like a stone. Most of the people who visit here are pirates, Ransoming is pretty much the only way you can hope to make money from PvPing (loot dosnt cover it), most people don't paye ransoms as theres no gurantee they won't still get blown up, when they read stuff like this theres even less chance. You have missed the point. People aren't complaining about the dishonoured ransom on moral grounds, but because it's bad for the pirate business in general.
