It's hard to say definitively, given the asterisks.
Edit - though it's probably reasonable to assume that if CCP filters it on the forums, they would probably uphold an offensiveness complaint in-game.

You seem to care more for the ticker than anything else.
At least try to get a proper abbreviation of your corp name, like the Coalition Of Carebear Killers (who also had their ticker nerfed, btw).

i think the ticker is quite important. if it doesn't make you giggle or have a proper meaning, it is boring...
