FFS just end it already. Nobody likes pvp. No, not even you who is about to rage about removing it, since I already know that the second you start pvp in your l33t ship down in null sec, you go afk so that you can do something fun while you "play the game" waiting for that station camp to end.
Just end it already. Let missions be the primary source of fun, missions provide all the funsies anyway.
As far as high sec pvp and wardecs go, it's terrible, just remove it.

Also, remove Play to Win as an option. There are far too many people that use this tactic of 'logging in' and 'spending time' as a way to advance in the game. It's unfair to those that want to spend a little extra in order to advance to the finish line of EVE.
Also, if the Lich King's horse is 'Invincible', how come I can see him?

Better idea. Allow wardecs on NPC corps. But you have to deal with the NPC police force, and station guns as well as the players.....
