It's not like there's ever going to be a way to completely avoid faction loss... except for by only taking Rogue Drone missions. But, yeah. Aye, quite a few of my pirate factions are shot as well but i don't think anyone is bothered with those lol. The main factions (gallente, caldari ect..) i stopped doing those faction hit missions ages ago, i'm just sick of my agents giving me 2-3 ammar/caldari faction hit missions in a row all the time to the point where i'm like "Right... well... looks like I'm mining again or going off and playing another game"... I remember doing lvl 1s and i used to get this same mission again and again against enviromentalists terrorists and despite the fact i was running for a Gallente agent in gallente space blowing those ships up lost me gallente standing made no sense whatsoever to me.

Yeah they did fixed that so if you are still getting them missions just pettistion it and they will give you your lost gallente standings back, and look into it.
