when im in a station it shows when i put a new mod on my ship as it staying off line . i put it online and it says it is already when i undock its grayed if i relog it will show up as being online but if i want to change ammo then it says it dumps it to cargo but still shows in my mod ill try to drag it says its not there ill try to load diffrent types nothing .... now ive relogged a few times already and nothing . i eve took everything for eve off of my pc and downloaded a new eve client full updated one and the same thing is happing

Yeah quoting pets or GMs is a bad idea. Nerfbat that action, pronto.
Might I also suggest rebooting to unload your ammo, Windows has problems with cached files. Don't forget to boil some water first.
