Very well written.
A question though, he said within a matter of days it would consume all organic matter within that victim.
So if these "bombs" were strung out within the matter of a longer period of time say a week or month did they just sit there and die because there wasn't enough of them? Or were they waiting for "critical mass" in the form of the perfect number in order to cause the most effective amount of damage?
Were these also some form of nanite tech? Would explain the organic consumption and the ability to detonate on almost an AI level rather than a time release.
Again, very good story. As being an Amarr i just enjoy seeing the vids of ya'll fighting each other (gallente and caldari). Makes for a relaxing evening in a Sisters of Eve station lounge. nullGannor Aton nullAgressor for INTG-IRON Alliance nullFarmer of Space Cows |

A good read.
I like the way these chronicles often elude to an ending, but never state them. This method avoids absolutes, so the reader makes up their own mind.
The expected ending is that the next line to follow at the end wld be "Ka-Boom!" lol.
However I'd like to think that the officer leaped at him to try and sedate the prisoner: so that he can leave him to die with no way of activating his internal bomb.. EVE history

Hmm does this Chron elude to playable undersea transportation events in the Planetside gameplay?
Sorta just struck me that these artworks are concepts pieces for future patches too and undersea travel would be *****IN'!!

I don't read the short stories often, and never comment, but this was good. Especially good. Thanks for the read.

Have you ever thought "underwater cities" being the answer for Netherlands when sea rising happens. The dome may be the architecture of our future...

Brilliant writing! also "Some words change everything. 'Sniper' is one. I'm told 'love' is another. 'Incoming' is pretty big these days..." sometimes 'incoming' means pregnant

wait, the rebels are trying to make the caldari look bad, but who is going to care? the federation is already fighting the caldari, the minmitar have their hands full with the amarr, and the amarr are caldari's allies so they won't really care.

Brilliant!

Anyone may use this image as long as they don't claim it as their own. I recommend linking it to the chronicle.

Fantastic story. :) I really wish I found out if whether the bomb was stopped or not. Hopefully so.
When it comes to the whole situation on Caldari Prime, the Gallenteans deserve it. They attempted to force the Caldari to join the Federation, then they blockaded and took over Caldari Prime. Then, once the Caldari take it back, they make it sound like they are the victims.
I used to have respect for the Gallente. Not anymore. I wish to join my brothers in orbit above Caldari Prime, and destroy those who dare tread against our rightful blockade!*
Now I'm not sure who I dislike more; The Amarr or the Gallente.

Dangit! I hate cliffhangers. This story is utterly amazing, I love how it delves into the Gallentean psyche, and the Caldari one as well. It has everything a good cronicle would need...except a sequel. |

I always thought the Caldari (us) were responsible for all this garbage. Now my thoughts are confirmed that we fight for freedon from these "democratic" opressors.

Interesting story. I think if the Rebels suceed weÆll hear about it, every Caldari knows the name ôNouvelle Rouvenorö (almost as well as Tovil-Toba) so if it happens again weÆll know.
What I wanted to know was the state of things inside the dome. Are they all at each others throats, are they all dead or in true Gallente style have they set up a democratic society? (Somehow I doubt that itÆs the latter)

Those Gallente think they are sneaky don't they. It sounded like they were going to blow up while having a nice chat.
