HI all...
Ive been working for Poksu Mineral Group since percastor days, but now my agent located at veisto dont seem to drop any implant, ive done oh wll 200+ missions recently, without a single one.. Fortunately, doing missions for poksu, especially with important missions, has given me around 4,5 standing with caldari state, so im going to Caldari Navy agents now.. ive got a 0 quality agent in sobaseki atm, i just use it to incrzse my standing so i can get 4,75 and get the best agent of cal navy... but could u tell me which level 3 agents of cal navy gives out implants so i dont bother makin 200+ missions again without a single one? thx a lot

nourvukaiken vii - moon 14 - caldari navy assembly
2 lvl3 agents in same station, had implants from both and they give out about 95% kill missions

Confirm they give imps
but sorry to say that none since last big patch
i got 7.35 caldari state rating
i got 9.66 caldari navy rating
both agents are higher then 8.35
but only 3 imp so far about 30 weeks 
i did about 20-30 missions in total a day for both agents

* Your 425mm Railgun I perfectly strikes Mercenary Fighter, wrecking for 688.2 damage.
* Your Neutron Blaster Cannon I perfectly strikes Rogue Pirate Escort, wrecking for 633.7 damage. |

CONFIRMED:
they do both give implants. had 1 from each agent since patch so i know they do. Both were from the new important kill implant mission. My standings arent as high as urs either
And ive had about 4-5 implants from these 2 agents in the month ive been working for em (been playing 7 weeks tops and had about 10 implants so far in total from other corps/agents as well as these)

Okaseilen Fukashi gave me a perception implant mission yesterday. He is based in Nourvokaiken 7 - Moon 14- caldari navy assembly plant. There is another lvl 3 agent there so you can run em both at the same time and get more money.
I had the implant mission from "transaction data delivery" (courier) mission though :/.

Tunttaras X, M3 ( or something close to that ) tosses out Perc implants, two lev III agents as well.
I ran the Nouv agents before going to Tunttaras and never for a damm from them! 
But I havent gotten an implant in the last 2 months period.

Mitakada Mihaikka in Kaunokka also gives implants.

Agent based at Nonni V Caldari Navy assembly plant has given me three perception+3 implants in the last week, he is level 3 quality 15.

Confirm both Nourvouvaiken agents. Good implants from both and frequently (about 1 per week / agent). They give good kill missions. The higher (O...) mostly in adjacent systems, the lower one gave me missions nearly only in Nourvouvaiken itself.
They tend to give some construction components as rewards for operations (5 or more spawn locations in one system), S ammo and Missiles / Rockets for the normal stuff. And I only had the annyoing no-bonu "revenge a fallen comerade" mission thrice in two weeks in total.
BTw, Panzer Faust, seen you around as a regular already *grin*
