NB : 'sniper' is a time limit within, where all biddings Stop prior to the End of the Auction. Per say, your auction ends 3:30 - Put a sniper of 15 min (example) and all bids Valid will only be the bids that are in before 3:15. all bids beyond that point is not valid.

The definition of a sniper rule, is a grace-period after the end of the auction where people are allowed to bid incase someone "snipes" the auction by outbidding the highest bidder 1 minute before it ends. This timer is then reset with each subsequent bid.
ie. 3:29 Bidder B "snipes" the auction by bidding 1 mil more than Bidder A. Bidder A comes back at 3:37 and bids 1 mil more. Bidder B bids 1 mil more at 3:50, etc.
Oh, and 32 mil bid from me :-)
Edit : BTW, what is CST and is that am or pm ?
