Yes, that's correct.
I am not in a hurry to sell this character, and am actually pretty attached to it. It flies the right ships for its SP level and flies them well.. it is not in any way tarnished and has a lot of appeal to me above and beyond the standard 200m isk per skill point that your average "AwEsOmE KiLlEr" character would offer. At the same time, though, I recognize that if the opportunity arose where I could offload Caldinara for what I found to be a good price, I could make some additional moves and head in a different direction for the benefit of my corp/alliance. The bid/buyout price I've set here is exactly that and I'm just testing the market to see if anyone is interested.

Actually, this character looks like a very well thought out character, nice PVE skills. The obligatory "whats mining like?", thankfully hurriedly abandoned.  I would probably pay a 2 billion B/O, although if some assets were thrown in, i may be persuaded to go higher. Very nice character, with a very clear skill plan.

Thank you for your offer, DoubleDuo. I plan to include two drakes, one fully T2 fit for level 4 missions as well as a fully T2 fit cruiser and the random salvaging destroyer, hauler, ammo, etc lying about.. plenty to sustain play time for quite a while. I have lowered the buyout to 3 billion, but unfortunately cannot go below the 2.5 billion starting price.
