Yesterday i was jumping 3 jumps for more armor hardener's for a lvl 4 mission, i arivaded at my destination just fine got the armor hardener's and then jumped back to the system my mission was in,
however i jumped the 3 jumps to the system the mission was in on auto pilot (was making a rather tasty ham cheese sandwich while jumping).
Then I come back to eve about 10 mins later to find out that some how my auto pilot had not only jumped into the system but also warped to the mission all on its own,
needless to say being afk for 10 mins with armor reppers and hardeners off line my ship was picked apart with out me even knowing it. Has that ever happened to any one else?

The autopilot cannot warp to a location within a system it's only able to lead you to a system itself i would question the environmental factors like animals and/or children

Very unlikely your autopilot got you into your mission.
Petition it but I can't give you much hope.
One thing though, even in high-sec, don't travel AFK.
Its just asking for something going wrong.

maby in inhabited regions how ever the jumps i went on i never see any one there, and in my 3 years of playing eve i have never ever been high sec ganked.

adding hope:
after the first reply of the gm telling you he can not doing anything reply with the request for a gm2. the gm2 will actualy look at your problem.
also try to reproduce. usaly this makes it hard for a gm to refuse your claim if u manage to do it again.

actually iirc you CAN set your autopilot to bring you STRAIGHT to your destination (like if you set AP to a station for instance) it will jump you into system and warp you to station
i do not however thiink it is possible to warp straight to a mission
