Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone else is having major issues with modules and fitting since the latest patch.
A couple of the issues I have noticed so far.....
-Upon log-in, some of my fitted modules show they are offline. When I try to [Put Online], I get the "Module already online" message. -When in space, after activating modules, they don't cycle, just remain perma on with no cap use or effects. Trying to reclick gets error message: "Shieldboost is already shieldboost." -Turrets won't reload.
If I reboot, the current problem is fixed and I get another new problem.
Any ideas?

I was just experiencing this same problem. For some reason my cyno gen was offline and fitting it again wouldn't bring it online. Right-clicking and selecting "online module" wouldn't bring it online either, and the only way I could get it online was to remove it, repackage it, and select "fit module to current ship" while docked. Even then after I activated the module in space it wouldn't show the blinking green/red on the module indicating it was active, and when I tried to deactivate the module it gave an error. Same thing happened with my cov-ops cloak, meaning if I wanted to decloak I would have to log off.

I had the same problem, the best way to fix it is to open a petition under stuck and it will be fixed fairly fast. That is how I fixed it, dunno if it will happen again or not

ditto and when I undocked and tried to target a rat .... would never lock on...

I was under the impression that "Stuck" petitions were for things such as massive lag upon jumping clones or session changes.
Will have to try that.

Having the same thing. Weird thing is it happens only on one of my accounts, but on every computer. I tried reinstalling, clearing cache, rebooting, etc with no success. At first i thought it was on my side but it's only on one account and happens on 3 different PCs.

Same problem here.
Used a jump clone to a station back in high sec. Went to dust off the hulk and do some mining. Noticed only one of the mining lasers was off line.
Stripped all my mods from the ship, re-added all the mods and un-docked. Went to a field and tried to lock on to something. It acts like it locked but never gives the display. Tried the survey scanner..noise comes by no display, no activation animation.
Tried the shield mods. Same results, except they give me an error message:

Same message for the other shield mod as well.
Tried activating laser, but of course with nothing to lock on to, they just sit there awaiting a lock that never occurs.
Swapped out to a BS (Raven) I had in the same station as the hulk. Same bug with that ship. 6th slot is bugged. Take it out for a spin, can't lock, mods error out. Can't lock. 2 ships down.
Previously I had been using a covert ops in low-sec with no problems. Didn't have problems till I used the jump clone (which froze me out and I had to relog).
Clearing the mods from the ship and refitting did not help. Clearing the cache did not help either.

I spoke with a GM about this issue, Apparently its an issue with your session not offlining correctly, be it via clone jumping and it not offlining your old clone, or by logging out and not offlining, or from boarding a ship while in space.
The only fix at the moment is to get a GM to offline your session from their end. soo your gonna have to petition it under 'Stuck' and wait for a gm :[
Also try not to do any of thouse things witch i menioned may cause trhis problem/

I've been experiencing exactly the same problem as yourself and other people comment on above... And given your comments I suspect it has to do with the fact that I am having problems with clone-jumping since the deployment of Quantum Rise.
Basically I'm unable to clone jump without my game hanging. The game appears to hang / halt / frag out with my character in a pod in the origin station. I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up task manager and abort the client that way. When I log back on I'm in the destination station.
...at least on this character...I haven't clone jumped my other 3 accounts to check, since I don't really need to.
I have petitioned the issue previously and was told to delete my settings folder (which defualted all of my overview, tutorial states, etc. This is definitely not a desired solution if it has to be repeated, let me tell you: It takes an immense amount of time messing about with interruptions to revert all the settings and overview).
At the time it appeared to resolve my problem so I let it slide. However I've just experienced the same problem with module fitting again after clone-jumping and having the game hang.
This time, deleting the settings folder did not resolve my problem, and it's ongoing at the moment. This suggests that the problem does not originate in a corrupted settings directory.
I am about to lodge a 'Stuck' petition as you suggest, and ask that they offline my session from the server.
In the end, this does not solve my core problem of the game hanging when I clone jump... Given that I need to clone jump this character fairly frequently (as CEO of my corp I've got stuff to do in both Empire and zero-zero), I want the clone jump problem fixed so I don't have to keep on raising Stuck petitions so I can fit modules and undock ships to enjoy the game.
I'm getting fairly frustrated here, as you can imagine.

This morning jumped in both ships having the problem. The active ship had the mod onlined. Took it out for a spin and could now target stuff. Took the other ship, mod was still offlined but at least it let me online it now. Targeting and mod fitting seems to work now.
We'll see if it returns when I use the jump clone tonight. Bug report and petition filed but neither responded to.

I am having major issues since the last patch, modules not working having to reboot computer, unable to target, moddules not working in space.
This seems a major issue come on CCP put things right.

The biggest problem i have is that i cant group my weapons.No matter what i do,tried it 100 times,still not working. And,trust me,i know how to do it,someone said that i would have to reinstall eve.Which i will not do it and lose all my bookmarks and stuff,so i just gave up on weapon grouping.

Had this happen last night trying to prepare for a Capital op. frustrations alround until i read about the need to file a stuck petition. Did so, resolved issue and now bumping for importance.

They just don't glow red or green. Some of my modules were offline when I JC to the ship. I had to unfit, refit for been able to put them online...
Any Idea CCP ? :(

i am Getting exactly the same issues after a Jump clone and found its not related to one ship either, every single ship i own had the issues and not with the same slots either
have tried everything to get the modules online - rebooted tried seperated pc cleard cache clean client - i tried Stations / POS / space all ships i get in show offline modules - relogging - can occasionally show the module online again ...but
to get online / offline modules to show correctly is another thing click module ship cloaks .....click module again (to turn off) screens says interference from your cloaking device is preventing you from doing that.... once the Duff module is on - the buttons dont work neither do the crap timer things in my case was a cloaking device - couldnt be turned off only way to decloak was get too close to things (station or gate)
all i can say this is a very very very depressing bug being in 0.0 lowsec trying to escape a camped station or system with a 1/2 ****ed ship means you will loose it - and i DOUBT ccp will admit a bug here and replace a loss

i had the same issue, reported via "stuck" petition after reading this waited two mins for the gm everything was fixed after relogging when the gm asked for it so this was a 5 min problem for me, but it could have been a night-killing one too

i had the same problem of cloaking that would not stop,
also today i clone jumped, seemed to wait forever, exited client, error message told me it crashed. then i have problem onlining/offlining/activating/deactivating modules
reloged several times, same problem.
