Anything north of Detorid is irrelevant. A few weeks ago AAA and friends launched a big "shock and awe" attack, towering a bunch of moons in VNG in an attempt to break our sov 4 in AZN. Presumably they were thinking we'd quickly crumble and be defeated without a lot of resistance. Goons resubbed in massive numbers, allies showed up in force, AAA and friends lost a silly number of battleships and some caps. They had the advantage of knowing when they were going to start the campaign and choosing to attack where we weren't 100% ready, but every major battle since then has been a lopsided win for the goons. This all culminated in a major battle on Thanksgiving where damned near every AAA tower threatening our sov4 was destroyed and AAA abandoned the field to run back to their space. At this point, there is still some annoying cleanup to do to evict RED.Overlord and we'll see where it goes from there. Anyway, thats how I see it, I could be wrong about some minor details.
