I attempted to move my recon the other day through a couple of 0.5 systems.
Select the gate, hit warp, cloak WTF!!! cant cloak, cloak is jammed by NPC police, i managed to get my recon back to 0.4...
Has this always been the case for an outlaw? or was it just lately introduced?

If you could pull the cloak/warp trick in empire, all the ebil pies would be running through empire... actually that would be good, so long as they can't doge concord by cloaking I would be happy.

Was this a 1.0 system? Lately I have been flying through 0.5-0.7 in vaga/ishtar gangs with no trouble at all as pirate. No scramble, no anything unless you stop at some point. (or crash in which case you lose your ship)

I thought ships nowadays had anti-crash technology? Otherwise, eve needs more traffic police and traffic lights or everyone in the world will crash into each other and die!
