I don't think the pirates are in on it, but seriously, how hard is it to failfit a ship, go out in low sec, get whacked by pirates and spew crap in local in order to look like a moron? You should've left it at the first post, then it would've been funny, but you ruined it :( Balance is important, but you will always adapt to changing circumstances and you don't whine about stuff you can't change.
