After 23,000+ ships sold, $220b+ isk in sales and nearly 100% return on investment for our shareholders I am happy to announce the temporary closure of Praetoria Shipyards for a period of 30-60 days. Once closed the shipyard will undergo a massive renovation and restructuring with the addition of T2 ship and capital ship construction yards as well as the acquisition of T2 module production and slave sales and training.
As part of the closure a final dividend of $119m isk was paid out (for the period ending 11/15/110) followed by a corporation liquidation of $10b isk which was the initial IPO amount. Thus shareholders obtained their investment back plus nearly 100% profits over the last year. Stock of Praetoria Shipyards Financial Services corporation (which issued the shares) is now worthless.
Upon completion of the restructuring PSHIP will return as part of the new Praetoria Industries alliance group of corporations. At that time we will offer a new IPO for loyalist investors as well as a dramatically increased product line for our customers.
While the corporation is officially closed our current production of cruisers, battlecruisers and battleships will continue for sale in Amarr space during the renovations. In this time of strife and treachery from other empires we will not leave the markets of Amarr short of our high quality products. Thus an extra 104,000 slaves have been purchased to handle the additional work required as automated machinery devices are being updated.
After only one year in existence we have grown beyond our expectations and look forward to the future. The industrialists of the Amarr Empire are some of the finest in the cluster and guided by the principles only held by a race dedicated to God we are truly blessed. The path is one of light and our futures are bright.

It's good to hear that you are moving up to tech II production and capital-clss ships. Amarr capitals are well reviewed, and I've even considered undergoing the necessary education for a Revelation.
Of course, what I'm most interested in is your proposed IPO. Please let me know when it will be available - I think that your corporation is certainly worthy of investment.

Is there the possibility of limited foreign (Caldari/Khanid) corporate investment in Praetoria Industries?

Yes there will be an opportunity for non-Amarr to invest in limited numbers (specifically Caldari and those of the other races who have served the Empire in the past). More details will be forthcoming.
