...in a Vigil in lowsec space surrounded by hostile ships camping the bish.
I came here to pick up a few drones and ahh IĈm stuck! Any advice on how I get out, at least with my implants? Thanks!

Log off, go to bed, for a walk, for a drink -whatever- and log back after 1-n hours. They will be bored by then and gone to find other prey.

How can you tell when they're gone? Less count in Local?

This happend to me, I created an alt bought 7 warp core stabs and brought them to myself then abused the Pirates as I warped off.

Unless they are specifically prepared locking a vigil before it warps out is pretty unprobable. I haven't camped since QR but given the general agility buff i'd assume its even harder now.
If they have a lachesis or hic with lots of remote sensor boosters they might catch you (if they're lucky). Otherwise you should be good to go.

If you can't undock and warp out in a Vigil, you have more serious issues than those that can be addressed here.

pod....ooow wait just stay logged in and go afk at the pc they will soon get bored , move somewhere else of there fleet will drop so fast because tyhey are realising with the time wasted they could be making isk or hunting real prey and so with the fleet left you might be able to run it if you had a fast moving ship such as a intercepter or such
