Minmatar PVPer with 20million skill points all geared towards PVP. Can fly all minmatar tech 1 ships up to BS. Can also fly inties, interdictors, Assualt ships, electronic assualt ships, Cov-Ops, Recons, and Hacs. Can use tech 2 small and med Projectiles, tech 2 med drones and tech 2 armor tank.
Perfect learning, all at lvl 5 and all advanced at lvl 5. Plus 24 other skill at lvl 5.
