I don't think it will do any good, Tam.
CCP are clearly going to make us wait until Shiva before any proper corp. management features are input to help guard against corp. theft which, in a way, is like closing the barn door after the horses already bolted 
Until then we'll also have to put up with baseless accusations.

Equilibria aren't a megacorp.
We're just ****ed off that some **** in EV can make these accusations and we have NO way of retaliating.
If someone shoots us, we can shoot back.

I'm starting to hope it WAS one of our guys 'cause at least we'll have the billions of isk to match the rep.

Maybe Sally had tech II missiles?
Maybe she expected you to fight 3 vs 1 with your travel setup on?
Maybe she expected you to warp to a safespot and logout?
Sally, ian666 isn't a coward and neither is he stupid.
Don't complain if someone chooses the wise path and chooses not to face a situation he isn't equipped for.
I'm sure you would've done the same when faced with 3 pilots and you're not using a tanked pvp-capable ship.
