My son is leaving the game. He has two accounts. Can I change the payment to my credit card and I use the accounts or is that not aloud.

Don't see why you couldn't. I remember hearing something about sharing accounts being allowed between family members or something.

Technically account transfer isn't allowed. Theoretically you could do it and no one would know, except you posted it on the forums  I don't think CCP would frown on it since it is within the family.

Safest bet is always to petition it and get an offcial answer from the GM's.

This.
You could also start a new account and have your son transfer his character to your new account. Its a formality, but at least you will be fully within CCP rules.

From what I understand, by the second part the account is actually yours if your son is a minor, so yes you can use it.

Actually, that's what the first part says. That is why I quoted BOTH parts. Part two says that you can NOT use the account if it's made for a minor. Again, the underlined parts are the important ones...
Edit: As Starwalker said, the only legal choice from here on, is to make NEW accounts and transfer the characters to those accounts...
