Few day ago i did delet my main char from game,trying to leave EVE permanently.
WE all know that this seems the only way to not play EVE (or at least i was thinking this way few days ago).IT was my only char that i was building up for year and a half(had great fun whith it),and i feel now that i did do wrong way.
Well i did realyze that i did change my mind on this subject and woud like to play EVE again,but i dont see my self starting new char and doing it all over again,
so i did write to CCP asking is it posibel to restore my char from biomass using their backup files,and still waiting for some answer.If realy i canot restore my char i will definitly drop EVE for good,but if ther is any posibiliti to get my char back i woud like to continu to be CCP coustumer for long time.
So if any of you guys out there knows something on this mater please let me know.

It's not really likely. The GMs generally don't cover up for player mistakes. Still if you insist on trying go to the "my petitions" link on the left side of the forum and file a petition. The GMs might be nice and recover your accountm but I wouldn't count on it.

Your best course of action is to submit a petition giving as much detail as possible on the matter.

I did file peticion from ingame peticion system.I do hope that this can be solved in some positiv way.
I stil have some hope on geting my char back.
GODS members having fun of thair own blood?????

Remember to be extremely polite in your petition and cry a little and perhaps throw in a hint of begging.
Than wait patiently for 10 months and train another character.
.
.
.
Than they will say no.
.
.
.
Than try again, in a year and a half you will have a new character which you will love and they will undelete your character.
Now which one will you play ? Delete both and be on your way.

BTW my char still do exist on test server,mising some skills but is still there,i would even be hapy if i get it back mising some skills,being in same shape as on test server.......

Pretty sure i read once someone who did something like this and they recovered his char.

I deleted a character in April. Seeing that it has not kept me out of the game, I'm really missing those 33m SP right about now.

it has been known that bio-massed chars come back. . .but I think its the exception - not the rule.

That is my point if i dont get my char back i will definitli have to drop eve for good.I did leave cose of time consuming on game and if i have to do it all ower from the beggining i just dont see my self starting again.

The reimbursement policy specifically states that deleted characters will not be restored, but I, too, have heard of exceptions.

Afaik CCP did recover characters who got deleted by account hijackers.

Im wondering how come there is all ways some "glupan nevidjenih razmjera" who come here to do evaluate for knowlig of english.

I managed to get back a 18m sp chr once...
logged in to eve to do a check up on my alt... and hello no sign of her enywhere so i activated the account and no chrs left what so ever!
Petitioned it.. I got thr chr back minus all isk and items.. Only wanted the char to sell so wants worried... Looking back i realise the chr was hacked and deleted to avoid trouble..
but yes its possible.. may take around a week.. next time dood sell youre chr for isk.. you CANT get it back then usually lol

That is correct, CCP were able to recover characters maliciously deleted, on number of occasions. Questions is, will CCP do what they always tried to do, and that is let people live, and deal, with the consequences of their actions. Or, will they baby this particular player, and let him slide.
Personally, when someone hits that "Biomass" button, it is a clear indicator of intent and will, and such, no matter the "I changed my mind" appeal, the character should stay deleted.
So, I am quoting the favorite line of the GMs when they say STFU to players via petitions:
"Sorry for your trouble, our logs show nothing, I hope you can recover quickly from your loss."

I know of a non-malicious deletion being reversed on an old character. Although it was second hand info it was a pretty credible source.

I once self destructed a ship.
Two days later i came to realise i needed that ship, so i sent a petition to ccp to restore it, and they did...

A guy in my corp biomassed his char a few months ago, and got it restored about a month ago. They can restore the character, but they will only do it once, and the character is restored without isk or assets.
