What's the popular consensus on where and/or who are the best options for obtaining a loan?
For my current mercantile efforts I've secured some personal loans from a few fellow players. But if I need a bigger bankroll in the future, for bigger and better ventures, who are the "go to" people and what are we looking at in terms of things like collateral, interest rates and so forth?

For me the best where/who to get a loan from is the person/entity that will give it to me with no collateral and at a very low intrest rate.
I wonder if there are any bank/bank-like-entitys that lurk here in MD........

if you dont have anyone you know who can give you a loan i would suggest you talk to folks from EBANK (link above)...i had a loan from them and i can say its a good servis and fast.

hehe Treelox point was that the OP should check the stickies or do a search first 
edit: If you search for "getting a loan" and select the Market Discussion forums at www.eve-search.com it lists 200 found posts.
Of those about 40 explain who gives loans etc.
